Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment start time to allow time for you to fill in any necessary paper work. Arriving late will reduce the treatment time, to ensure the next guest is not delayed.

Reservations

To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend booking in advance. Credit card details or Gift voucher numbers are required at time of booking to secure your appointment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Lost/stolen vouchers cannot be reclaimed. Treatment specific vouchers may incur a fee if there has been a price increase since time of purchase.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly requests 24 hours notice for all bookings to avoid charges being applied to your cancelled treatment, including gift card bookings. Cancellation within 24hrs of the appointment will incur a 50% appointment fee. No Show Appointments or late cancellations (within an hour of the scheduled appointment) incur a 75% appointment fee.

Security

We ask you to leave your valuables at home as we cannot take any responsibility for valuables left on the premises.

Pregnancy

It is important that you advise us of your pregnancy at time of booking. Some spa treatments may require you to be in your second trimester, while others may not be suitable for pregnant guests. The Sanctuary uses Belly Pillows for pregnancy treatments where required.

Health Conditions

Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical or health conditions, allergies or injury, or if you are undergoing radiation or chemotherapy. We recommend that you discuss with your doctor which treatments are safe for you.

All personal information shared with The Sanctuary will remain private and confidential.
